About Us

Founded in 2011, our club started with only 3 founding members. Now, we have a member base of 1,000 people and 54 committee members across Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).

SIM Accounting Association (SIMAA) strives to equip its members with the necessary skills to ready them for the working world, achieving our purpose of Empowering Individuals and pursuing Excellence.

We recognise that in today's digital age, the accounting landscape is changing and will be embracing many blockbuster trends, such as FinTech, Blockchain & Data Analytics. SIMAA will continue to look forward and adapt accordingly while ensuring that we keep the legacy left by our seniors.

OUR MISSION

To create a platform that voices out aspirations and serves as the bridge between accounting students and corporate entities.

To enhance the employability of its members by revitalising value-adding initiatives which provide its members with the opportunity to grow and learn.

To establish a sustainable brand and raise greater awareness of both internal and external parties.
