The Student Recruitment Drive is a great opportunity for SIMAA to showcase and share what SIMAA has to offer to students. At the same time, other clubs were there, making this the perfect opportunity to know other clubs and possibilities on collaborations. All in all, it is fun to meet new faces

Subcommittee Recruitment
(August/September
The Recruitment Drive was a multi-stage process which includes: Filling up an application form, sending resume, scheduling in-person interviews and following up with applicants. This allow applicants the opportunity to practice interviewing skills in an environment similar to an actual interview for a job in the future
Empact Recruitment
(26 October - November)
Empact is a skills-based volunteering program, allowing volunteers to provide accounting related services to beneficiaries, learning about them and gaining some experience along the process.
