AXPERIENCE, an Accounting Challenge, aims to tackle these issues by serving as a platform for tertiary students to put their skills to the test. Participants will get an opportunity to put their knowledge against each other, challenge perspectives, surround themselves in various prominent issues and network with numerous individuals from the industry. AXPERIENCE will stretch the limits of the students’ abilities and thus, enabling them to acquire fresh insights that may differentiate them from the others.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Good accountants require more than just accounting skills and knowledge. Besides understanding the steps involved in balancing a budget and preparing a financial report, accountants need several other vital skills such as communication, creativity, leadership, and many more. As the global economy evolves rapidly, these skills will come in handy more than ever. Given the rising prominence of data analytics and other technological trends, accountants need to ensure that they do not get left behind by proving that they are more than regular accountants.

Participants will be given opportunities to display essential accounting skills throughout the event. In Rounds 1, 2 and 3, participants will answer MCQs related to various topics in Accounting, Tax and Assurance.
